RHGC Members, please plan to attend the 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the RHGC Clubhouse on December 8th at 5:00 PM.
We will be briefing you on a recap of 2019, major activities in the club, and introducing the newly elected Board members. If you are attending, we will be voting to approve last year’s AGM minutes (see attached). We’re saving paper and won’t be providing hardcopies at the meeting. The voting for the 2020 budget and the proposed changes will be done online. All primary members will receive an email, sent to their personal email address, inviting them to vote.

The call for nominations for the positions of President, Secretary and Handicap & Rules Director for the 2020 – 2021 term is now closed. Unfortunately, the Elections Committee received only one nomination for each open position and therefore there will be no need to vote for any of the positions. For those interested in helping, there are many ways to assist the club by serving on various RHGC committees. Please contact Ed Devlin or Les Hertlein for more information.
RHGC Proposed Constitution & Budget

The RHGC Board of Directors have been working on updating the Constitution and Bi-Laws. One of the reasons for this is so that RHGC is more in line with other Self Directed Groups. As such, it the Constitution and Bi-Laws will be combined into a single document instead of the two documents that they are now.
Additionally, the RHGC budget for 2020 has been drafted.
Both will be voted upon at the AGM on December 8th.
