RHGC President's Message

RHGC Members,

In response to many of the members comments concerning equitable tee time access, the RHGC is temporarily implementing restrictions on the maximum number of rounds that can be played per person per week. This is something new for our Club so we ask for your patience as we fine tune the approach. The end goal is to get as many members playing as possible. All Members (including Board Members) will be restricted to maximum of 3 rounds per week. To be clear, this is not just tee times that you book and own, it is any tee times that you are a part of. Please note:  A 9-hole round is a round. An 18 hole round is a round, there is no distinction. We are implementing this electronically starting Friday morning and it will be effective as of Sunday, June 7th. This means thinking carefully about when you want to play. If we find that 3 rounds per person is leaving too many slots vacant we will look at bumping the number up accordingly. I will open the chipping green on Friday morning. Let’s not lose it again. Remember to check-in first and if possible keep your masks on. Use your own balls for chipping and above all else ensure there is enough distance between you and the next person.
