4th QUALIFYING ROUND
THURSDAY, 4th April 2013 – Rolling Hills GC
- TIME - AM SHOTGUN: 7:00 AM; PM SHOTGUN: 12:00PM
All Players are expected to report to the registration table at least 15 minutes prior to their designated start time. Registration will be in the Clubhouse and will open 1 hour prior to start time.
- FORMAT - The event is an 18-hole two person best ball medal format. Please record the gross score for each player on the provided scorecard.
- TEES – Men will play from the white tees and ladies from the red tees.
- HANDICAPS – The maximum playing handicap for men is 28 and for ladies is 36. The tournament handicap for each player will calculated utilizing ¾ handicap allowance. All players must have a recognized handicap and prize winning is subject to handicap checks.
- INCOMPLETE TEAM – If only one player is present at the time of starting he may start and the second player join at any time during the round without penalty. If neither player is there at the time of starting, the penalty for failure to start on time is 2 strokes to be added to the players’ starting hole as long as one of the players arrives within 5 minutes. If neither player is there within 5 minutes the team is disqualified.
- PRIZES – The prize presentation will take place on completion of the afternoon shotgun in the Clubhouse. All players (Morning and Afternoon) are expected to be present for the prize presentation. The leading team will qualify for the Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge Grand Final to be held on Wednesday 23rd October 2013 on the Majlis Course at Emirates Golf Club, with the winning team from the Grand Final winning a place in the DP World Championships Pro Am event.

Winning team, runners up and third place
Nearest the Pins – 8 & 11 Holes for all golfers
Longest Drive – 5 & 15 Holes for all golfers
- LUNCH – Lunch will be provided for all participants. Lunch will be served from 11:00AM to 1:00PM.
