Oilman's Sponsorship Opportunities
As being a “Self Directed” recreation organization within Saudi Aramco we have the opportunity to open our golf course to our Contractors, Venders and other Business Partners and host the 2013 Oilman’s Golf Tournament which will support the bolstering of business relationships while enjoying the sport of golf. This is a rare opportunity when we have been granted permission by Saudi Armco’s Recreation organization to open our facility to others who would not be able to access this Saudi Aramco Dhahran Community resource.
Some of you receiving this communication have previously received the invitation and for some others this may be the first time but we hope that we will have the opportunity to see all of you at this event. Please review the attached invitation and entry form.
Some of you have already secured your team and we thank you for your support and participation. Those that have not responded or registered please know that space is limited and teams are filling up rather quickly and the 1st 50 teams which register and secure their registration via payment will be confirmed in this year’s inaugural Oilman’s Golf Tournament.
With respect to event Sponsorship opportunities I am pleased to announce that we have many options for those of you that are interested. Below are some of the opportunities available. Please know that being a self-directed group with the Recreation Organization of Saudi Aramco we are entrusted to abide by the rules and regulations of the Saudi Aramco Recreation Department and the following cannot be accepted as sponsorship items:
1. Cash – we cannot accept any forms of cash as prizes. If you wish to finance any of the below items you may do so directly through our Pro Shop.
2. Company Banners – Banners are not permitted within sight of the general public community however, such banners can be placed on the course and within the confines of our snack bar and pro shop facilities.
3. Companies wish to participate as a sponsor would have to provide written commitment to us no later than the close of business on Wednesday March 13th, 2013. We have to provide a detailed list to our Recreation organization per internal requirements thus, if you wish to sponsor please contact any of the committee members list at the bottom of this communication. We can process and provide a Purchase Order in which payment can be received after March 13th but the PO would have to be processed prior to the deadline date.
All Sponsors will be recognized in our event program as well as during our awards ceremony and dinner.
I should also mention there will be a Calcutta for this event.

Event Trophies |
Trophies will be provided for each flight A-D for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, There will be an overall winner trophy which resembles an oil derrick, and this trophy will have the annual winners engraved on the brass plate.
