The RHGC Tournament calendar runs from December 1st to November 30th of the following year. All prizes won in a form of Pro Shop vouchers issued during this period expire on the last day of December.
As an example, for 2020, all vouchers credited to a Pro Shop account between December 1st, 2019 and November 30th, 2020 will expire on December 31st, 2020. We encourage you not to wait till December to use your vouchers. Any unused balance will be cleared on December 31, 2020.
The only exception to this rule is in case of an item not being available in the ProShop. As long as the order is placed before December 31st, the credit can be used even if the item is delivered past December 31st. Note that the member account needs to be credited of the full amount of the order at the time of placing the order.
Money transfers between member accounts are not permitted.
