Registration will open one hour prior to each shotgun start, 5:30AM and 11:30AM respectfully.
There will be breakfast and lunch available for participating players only. Diner will be held after the event with a social time starting at 6:30PM at the RHGC Clubhouse. Attire is casual.
Parking - Please park only in an identified demarcated parking spot to prevent a violation which will go against your playing community sponsor personnel record. There is overflow parking in front of El Chico’s which is located next to the RHGC Clubhouse.
The team and player handicaps are final unless a player can provide a valid and current handicap certificate stating other than what was used during registration and vailidation at the time of check-in and prior to play. RHGC uses several different handicap databases as well as recent golf events to to assure the most accurate handicap data provide a fair and just competition.
It is your responsibility to distribute this information to your other team captains as well as the Aramco playing partners on your team so they can finalize your community access for the Calcutta which will be held at the RHGC Clubhouse at 6:30pm Thursday April 9th. Your Aramco playing partners will also arrange community access for the day of the event. Please be proactive and inquire to the status of the VMS request and access number which will be generated once the request has successfully been submitted and processed. THE RHGC BOARD NOR THE OILMAN'S COMMITTEE WILL HAVE MEANS OF CREATING COMMUNITY ACCESS.
If you have not made payment thus far you can bring payment the day of the event but please bring exact cash or a company cheque. Please let me know if you have yet to receive an invoice or if you have already made payment.
Golf Buggies - if you have not arranged golf buggy accommodations with your Aramco playing partners our fleet is very limited and if you have not been proactive in this matter you may have to walk or pull your golf clubs. All buggy rentals will be managed by the Committee the day of the event.
Please know that we have a locker room and shower facilities in our Clubhouse but please bring your own toiletries and a towel.
A few other notes to communicate to your team members:
1. All players who participate in the Oilman’s will have their name entered into a draw and will have the chance win either 1) one once of gold or 2) An iPad Air - you have to be present to win!! The draw will be held after dinner during the prize and trophy ceremony.
2. There will be a 50/50 raffle located inside the RHGC Clubhouse so feel free to increase your chances of increasing your wealth, each raffle ticket cost 10 SR.
3. There will be a skills prize competition at the driving range where each participating player will be given three range balls and if you can hit a target located approximately 125 yard down range you can win a prize - there is no cost for this competition so please be early enough before your shotgun start to test your skills.
4. There will be a hole-in-one prize on hole #4, the first person to make a hole-in-one will receive as a cash prize of 1,000 SR.
